I wrote this guest blog for RAMM as one of two artists commissioned to make new work for the exhibition Living Labyrinths: Art and Fungi which opens at RAMM on 3 October 2026. In September 2025, I joined a guided walk with specialists from the Woodland Trust as part of their research for the commissions. This was written in response to that day.
